中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討集水區污染負荷對翡翠水庫集水區水質之影響。翡翠水庫 集水區水體之水質,在「經濟部臺水源特定區管理委員會」及「臺北市翡翠水庫管理局」等 單位之共同努力下,集水區水質已符合甲類水體水質標準,且對於集水區內之點污染源及非 點污染源,均有非常良好之控制。然而,自從民國85年起,集水區水質已有逐漸惡化之趨勢 ;從翡翠水庫集水區之現場勘察發現,坪林附近之工程施工過程和工地環保,實有檢討的必 要。因此本研究透過污染源之調查及採樣分析,藉以了解污染物性質,期能研擬相關之因應 對策,以確保水源特定區內水體水質之安全,並維護水源之永續利用。本研究結果發現,北 勢溪上游之北宜快速道路施工工地,遇颱風豪雨易挾帶工區內大量泥砂或污染物流入水庫, 造成水庫內懸浮物大增,濁度增加。分析結果發現北宜高速公路施工之二號豎井、三號豎井 及預拌廠,其放流水總磷、反應磷數值遠大於背景水源值(0.025及0.015mg/1),在懸浮固 體物方面,工區放流水懸浮固體物偏高而以三號豎井最嚴重。沈降試驗分析結果發現大部分 粒子均為可沈降粒子,造成其下游地區(湖底橋及山林)泥砂淤積嚴重及外觀不佳,同時也 會增加水庫淤砂量,減少水庫使用壽命。由於北宜高速公路工程尚會持續數年,須盡快了解 其對水質所造成的影響,才能找到減少其對水質影響之對策,進而維護大臺北地區之飲用水 水質。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to identify and discuss the characteristics of pollutants of Feitsui reseroir located in Taipei, Taiwan. The water quality of Feitsui reservoir has been pretty good because of the efforts from the Government to effectively control point and non-point pollution. However, from 1996, the water quality of the Feitsui reservoir watershed has deteriorated from the regular sampling results. The reasons could be probably due to either the construction of the Taipei-Ilan expressway or to agricultural production. The construction of the Taipei-Ilan expressway is right across from the Feitsui reservoir watershed. Both of these activities produce wastewater containing nutrients and suspended solids (SS). The analytical results from this study found that the discharged suspended solids and phosphorus from the construction sites were higher than the concentrations of the background water sources, resulting in the high concentrations of SS and phosphorous downstream of the watershed. The nutrient concentrations out of the agricultural site also had impact on the waershed water quality. Since the construction of the Taipei- Ilan expressway will not be completed in five years and the agricultural industry is booming in the watershed area, understanding their impact and maintaining the best water quality possible in the Feitsui Reservoir are current critical issues. |
