中文摘要 | 我國邁向文明先進觀光產業國家所必須重視的建築物給水管線的清潔維護重要課題。 故本研究以高週波管線清潔法並選定大台北地區屋齡5-30 年之住宅進行現場實驗,探 討給水系統的管線使用鍍鋅鋼管或不銹鋼管之管線經高週波管線清潔法前中後之水質 比較,以決定給水系統的管線內部清潔之最適清潔週期。 經本研究分析獲得以下二項結論:(1)歸納實驗確知不銹鋼管內溶出於自來水中之鐵 (Fe)值偏高且為各供應自來水淨水廠之鐵(Fe)倍數比為32-∞倍,主要原因來自管 線內壁產生腐蝕結瘤與新聞媒體報導給水系統管線大約5 年以上就產生結垢並附著生 物膜不謀而合。所以建議給水系統管線材質為不銹鋼管之內部清潔應以每五年清洗一 次為宜;(2)歸納實驗確知鍍鋅鋼管內溶出於自來水中之鐵(Fe)值偏高且為各供應 自來水淨水廠之鐵(Fe)倍數比為60-748 倍,主要原因來自管線內壁產生腐蝕結瘤, 且鍍鋅鋼管(GIP)因使用僅十年後即行銹塞出現紅水之危害等。為確保鍍鋅鋼管未更 新為不銹鋼管之前,能夠繼續被使用,且要確保不出現銹塞紅水之現象,所以建議給 水系統管線材質為鍍鋅鋼管之內部清潔應以每一年清洗一次為宜。 |
