中文摘要 | 在臺灣目前科技發展迅速、產業變遷急遽、社會價值觀日趨多元化與民主化的過程中,已有不少專家學者建議學校應採用以學校為本位的方式進行課程規劃,以避免和社會與產業界脫節,在這種情況之下,技職體系學校要如何規劃出適宜的課程,以培育出產業界所需的人才,已成為一重要問題。有鑑於國內、外已有許多企業採用全面品質管理(Total Quality Management;TQM)來提昇服務或產品的品質,而且效果卓著。因此,本文針對技職學校在課程規劃與實施上所遭遇的問題提出探討,並根據TQM的特色,就策略與技術二個層面,建構出以技職學校為本位的課程發展模式,供學校相關單位參考。 |
英文摘要 | During the process of rapid development of technologies and changes of industry's structures and the diversifications of social values in Taiwan. Many scholars and specialists have suggested schools should adopt school-based ideas to design curriculum so that schools can follow up the needs of industries. Therefore, how to design a proper curriculum for a vocational school has become an important issue. Since many industries in the world have successfully used Total Quality Management (TQM) to enhance the quality of their services and products. This paper examines the problems that vocational schools may encounter in the process of planning and implementing the curriculums from the viewpoints of TQM. Then a vocational school-based curriculum development model is proposed for the references of the schools. |
