中文摘要 | 本研究從過去產銷班評估中擷取出共同營運、幹部領導能力變項,作為解釋組織運作與結構的因素,來與組織學習(學習能力與學習風格)概念,共同探討影響農業產銷班組織績效的效果,並討論兩兩概念變項之間所可能存在的影響關係。 研究發現,農業產銷班的組織學習能力對組織學習風格有顯著的因果關係,組織學習能力強的農業產銷班,比較有可能發展成為「團體創新」的組織學習風格。而且。幹部領導能力強的農業產銷班,其組織學習能力較佳,也比較會形成「團體創新」的組織學習風格,與其組織績效也有正向的因果關係。農業產銷班的組織學習風格與組織績效之間存在顯著的負項因果關係。顯示部分的組織學習風格是有礙於組織績效提昇的重要因素。 |
英文摘要 | Thins investigation explores the relationship among variables of group operation and leadership competences, as the factors of organizational dynamics and organizational structure, with the concept of organizational learning capabilities and styles, which may affect the organizational performance of agricultural production-marketing groups in Taiwan. Result discovers that the organizational learning capabilities of agricultural production-marketing groups present a significant casual effect on its organizational learning styles. The stronger organizational learning capability the agricultural production-marketing groups consider, the more opportunities to develop the organizational learning style of group innovation. The agricultural production-marketing groups with organizational learning style of group innovation seem to have more general learning interests, involve more research and development activities, and construct the more thorough knowledge management system that allows members to share their experiences and to innovate upon their operations. At the same time, the agricultural production-marketing groups with tough leadership competence have stronger organizational learning capabilities, and have better opportunities to develop the organizational learning style of group innovation. Negative causal effect is found between organizational learning styles and organizational performance of agricultural production-marketing groups. Obviously, some organizational learning styles will obstruct the promotion of organizational performance of agricultural production-marketing groups. |
