中文摘要 | 本研究是以逆微乳膠沈澱技術製製備分散良好的合釔氧化鋯粒子。該逆微乳膠系統以CTAB (Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) 為界面活性劑,l-hexanol為油相,而水相分別為硝酸氧鋯、硝酸釔乙之混合水溶液與氨水。在分別配製兩種逆微乳膠溶液後,使其混合反應形成氧化鋯先驅體的膠狀物,經過清洗、過濾等步驟並適當的熱處理後可得正方晶相為主的氧化鋯粒子(TZP)。本研究首先探討影響氧化鋯奈米粒子外觀與粒徑分佈的主要變術,例如含水量、界面活性劑用量等。並分析TZP粉體組成的均勻性。再找出粒徑分佈良好與聚集程度較小的實驗條件,以Hexamethyldisilazane去表面羧基處理後,再經適當的熱處理,以比較兩種TZP成品在外觀、大小、粒徑分佈與比表面積上的差異。 |
英文摘要 | Zirconia powder is synthesized via two reverse microemulsions. In this study, two solutions of reverse micro emulsion, one containing Zr4+ , Y3+ aqueous droplets and the other aqueous ammonia droplets, with the same water/oil (W/O) ratio are prepared separately and mixed together to form a slurry of ZrO2 precursors. Then the precursors are retrieved and calcined to form tetragonal ZrO2(TZP). The preparation conditions that affect the morphology, degree of agglomeration and particle size are investigated, including water to oil ratio and water to surfactant ratio. Morphology and distribution of zirconia particles are examined by TEM, and then a set of operation conditions suitable for producing good quality of product was chosen for investigating the effect of Hexamethyldisilazane treatment on the removal of surface hydroxyls and thus on the particle size and surface area. |
