中文摘要 | 線上教學助教是線上教學課程或線上學習者所不可或缺的專業人才之一。本文除了瞭解線上教學助教的意義、所扮演的角色外,並透過國外有關線上教學助教專業工作職能的文獻分析及探討相關教育訓練課程的內涵,以期對於線上教學助教之專業工作職能能擬定出一準則來,且於未來職前訓練課程的設計與規劃有初步的認識。 |
英文摘要 | E-tutors become essential and required faculty for implementing a successful e-Learning course. This paper aims to define meaning, roles and professional competencies for an e-tutor in e-Leaning curriculum. Literature review including related studies and on-line training courses abroad are analyzed in order to synthesize the competencies. The paper is useful for e-Learning courseware developers in higher education as well as e-Learning industries because it helps to set up the criterions of professional e-tutor competence. |
