中文摘要 | 本研究主要是從國際企業人力資源發展的角度出發,透過文獻的整理,瞭解在此範疇內的主義議題,包括國際企業教育訓練的重要性、與一般企業教育訓練的不同、以及針對不同類別的員工:母公司派遣人員(PCNs)、第三國派遣人員(TCNs)及當地員工(HCNs)、不同派外任務時期、不同國際化程度、以及因派駐國與母國間文化差異所必須採取的跨文化教育訓練。另外,亦舉出一些實証研究的例子,瞭解國內外學者對於相關研究的看法與實証結果,並提出綜合的結論與未來國際企業人力資源發展的研究方向建議。 |
英文摘要 | The study mainly focuses on the international enterprise training and development perspective. Using the literature review, the study explores several essential issues in this topic, including the importance of international enterprise training and development, the difference between international and local enterprises training and development programs, and cross-culture training associated with diversified employees, such as parent country nationals (PCNs) third country nationals (TCNs) and host country nationals (HCHs), diversified periods of expatriate assignment, different levels of internationalization, cultural differences between host and parent countries. Besides, the study provide some empirical studies to further compare national and international scholars' viewpoints and empirical evidences. In the end, the study will propose comprehensive conclusions and suggestions for future international enterprise human resource training and development researches. |
