中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在探討學生民主與法治概念的類型,並分析建構教學時民主法治相關概念的改變歷程及教學成效,以作為學校改進教學之參考。 以高雄市明正國小六年級某班學生為對象,先以檔案評量方式探討民主法治先前概念的類型,再以國小六年級上學期「民主與法治」單元為實驗教材,進行約二十節課的建構教學,以質化研究方式蒐集學生概念學習歷程及小組言談內容資料進行分析。 本研究獲致幾項主要結論: 一、民主與法治先前概念分歧,部分屬於迷思概念。 二、建構教學可以促進學生民主法治概念的改變。 基於上述結論,本研究提出下列幾項建議: 一、編製社會科課程時重視學生的先前概念。 二、課程設計由日常生活例子擴充概念內涵。 三、重視迷思概念的釐清與新概念的建構。 四、培養學生集體討論與共同探究的能力。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study are to explore the elementary school students' "Democracy" and "Rule of Law" preconceptions, and to analyze the effect of constructive teaching on concept learning. 36 students in one class in the sixth grade at Ming-Geng Elementary School were used as the subjects. First, the portfolio assessment was used to investigate "Democracy" and "Rule of Law" preconceptions. Then the subjects received the constructive teaching for 20 hours. The students' discourse and concept constructive progress were analyzed to gather some valuable information. The conclusions of this study are listed below: l. "Democracy" and "Rule of Law" preconceptions are different, and some are misconception. 2. Constructive teaching can promote students' concept change. The study has several suggestions: 1. Consider students' preconception before designing curriculums. 2. Take examples from daily life to extend concepts. 3. Notice the importance of clarifying misconception and constructing new concepts. 4. Train students' skills in discussion and inquiry. |
