中文摘要 | 本文採用k-ε紊流模式,以控制體積積分之有限差法及SIMPLEST法則,進行二維、 不可壓縮、五噴射撞擊等速水平移動平板之流場數值模擬,分別針對噴嘴間距、上下板距離、 噴嘴出口雷諾數、底板移動速度等參數的改變對流場與底板熱傳效應的影響,加以進行分析研 究,以瞭解受底板效應作用後的流速向量場、噴嘴中心線流場速度、噴射主流偏斜角度、底 板靜壓力與紐塞數分佈情形。結果顯示流場幾何外觀比例的改變對流場特性的影響甚大,而 相對於噴流出口速度較小的底板移動速度對流場的影響則非常小,在底板上向兩側出口發展 的壁射流使得下游噴射主流偏斜,造成迴流區受到擠壓而變小,也阻礙噴射流與底板的熱傳 量。 |
英文摘要 | The k-ε two-equation turbulence model and the control-volume integration method and SIMPLEST algorithm were employed to simulate the two dimensional, incompressible, five-impinging-jet on a horizontal moving flat plate. The effect of the height between nozzles and impingement plate, the distance between the nozzles, the outlet velocity of the nozzles, and the velocity of the impingement plate on the flowfield structure such as the deflection angle of the jets and the static pressure, the Nuselet numbers along the impingement plate were studied one by one. The results show that the geometry scale has a large effect on the flowfield structure but the velocity of the slowly moving impingement plate has a small effect. The development of the wall jets deflects the downstream impinging jets and makes the size of the recirculation zones smaller. The wall jets also reduce the heat transfer of the impingement plate. |
