中文摘要 | 台中電廠所在地梧棲屬台灣地區的強震地區,921集集大地震台中港地區之地震 規模達0.248(g),6級以上的餘震仍不斷發生,造成台中電廠汽輪機組所屬的風扇因軸承高 振動而跳脫,在設備運轉安全考量下,擬訂定合宜之風扇高振動跳脫機制,並評估振動感測 器之合宜性,以避免不預期的跳脫風扇,而嚴重的影響機組供電。 研究計畫首先執行的為一系列的地震指動反應分析,來決定台中電廠引流風扇一至八號 機的結構強度是否足以抵抗相當於921大地震的強震。分析結果證實了這些機組有極佳的抗 震能力,可避免造成重大的機械故障及?物損失。 接著執行的是一系列的轉子動力反應分析,並配合應力週期數-壽命的曲線圖,以擬訂 新的警報及跳脫設定,使其適用於強烈地震發生時的情況。 |
英文摘要 | The Taichung Power Plant of Taiwan Power Company is located at the critical earthquake zone. The plant operating record indicated that its induced draft fans had been tripped a couple of times under the attack of large-scale earthquakes during year 1999-2000. To ensure the reliability of induced draft fans and avoid the re-occurrence of unexpected trips, this research project proposed and displacement transducers. The study starts with a series of finite element analyses to calculate the structural response due to ground movement in three major directions. The analysis results indicate that the catastrophic failure of induced draft fans will not arise even the ground acceleration reaches 0.248 g, equivalent to the scale of 921 Earthquake'. A series of rotordynamic analyses and the S-N curve have been applied to help determine the proposed alarm/trip setting under the attack of strong earthquakes. |
