中文摘要 | 眾所皆知合成染料之染色易造成環境之污染,因此除了減廢之道外,應可考量天然染料之使用;是故考量研發利用天然環保性染料,以應用於纖維工業為必要的。本研究乃利用天然植物之梔子為染料,經晒乾後,研磨成粉末狀,進而萃取出其天然色素,再針對蠶絲、羊毛、尼龍織物進行染色並以元素分析儀、紫外線光譜儀、紅外線光譜儀,分別檢測其主成份之元素、發色能力、官能基及染色堅牢度(如:耐乾洗及耐摩擦等性質)之測試與分析,予以討論之。 實驗結果得知:由預備實驗中可得知染色最佳條件為70℃ X 70min X 150wt% 為宜;蠶絲、羊毛織物較尼龍織物具較佳之染色性及均染性。此外,蠶絲、羊毛織物的耐乾洗堅牢度可達4級左右,而尼龍織物則仍然維持在3-4級之耐乾洗堅牢度。各種染色織物的耐摩擦堅牢度普遍皆不錯,仍可達3-4級;同時由紫外線光譜儀分析穫知天然梔子染料確具有發色能力,在紅外線光譜之分析得知梔子染料所具之主官能基如羰基、羧酸基、烯基等,可與三種聚醯胺纖維織物產生甚佳之鍵結。 |
英文摘要 | This article makes use of the natural dye of Gardenia florida L which is dried and ground to powder, extracting the pigment, then to dye the polyamide fabrics so as silk, wool, and nylon. The object of the best condition on the dyeing and the colorfastness to solvent (dry cleaning) or crocking are required. Additionally, EA, UV, and IR respectively analyze the main elements, color ability, and the functional groups of dyestuff. Results reveal that the best condition on the dyeing is 70°C x 70min x 150wt% ; the color difference and the evenness of the silk and wool fabrics are better than the nylon fabrics, and their colorfastness to solvent (dry cleaning) or crocking mostly maintain the fourth grade around. Furthermore, according to the IR spectrum show the functional groups of the dye such as carbonyl group, carboxyl group, vinyl group could be bonded with the polyamide fabric. Other details are discussed in this work. |
