中文摘要 | 船舶低速柴油主機的機器故障診斷方法頗多。本文利用長期完整連續的統計2艘姐妹貨櫃船的主機重要運轉參數與正常參數值的均差百分比,本重要參數包括排氣溫度、壓縮壓力、爆發壓力、增壓機轉速、掃氣壓力、掃氣溫度-等。本測試船隊為1994年3月起陸續建造並完成首航,其中一艘於運轉5年後發生連續氣缸套早期龜裂事故,而另一艘則正常。 本文分析比較此2艘船的主機重要運轉參數,經計算機統計比較各參數均差百分比統計函數,顯示出各參數均差百分比偏離度與故障發生肇因與時間的關係。 經實船事故發生紀錄驗證本模式對於姊妹船的維修保養作業提出綜合分析,並提出最經濟的改善方法,為船舶可靠性維修(Reliability Maintenance)奠定基礎。 |
英文摘要 | There are several methods for low speed marine diesel engine faults diagnosis. This paper focuses on operation parameters of sister container vessels by comparing with normal operation (standard base) coefficient of vibration through long time statistic. These important parameters include exhaust gas temperature, compression pressure, maximum fire pressure, turbocharger revolution, etc. This fleet was build and completed maiden voyage in March, 1994. One encountered severe engine cylinder liner crack problem after five year navigation and the other was normal. This paper analyzes the major parameters of 2 vessels by using computer calculation and statistic. It shows the relationship between deviated degree of coefficient of variation function and the really faults time. From the engine record book, it can be proved that such a model studied is suitable for the future fleet maintenance program. Moreover, it provides an optimal improved method, which can be used to be a fundamental for the ships reliability maintenance. |
