中文摘要 | 本研究乃是藉由量測技術對HONDA CIVIC K-600 型1600 cc 汽油引擎上加裝渦輪增壓機後,對引擎性能提升與污染改善作進一步之了解。量測結果發現在渦輪增壓引擎上,加裝排氣洩壓閥後,引擎的扭力、馬力都比自然進氣引擎提升許多,且有較高的空燃比,可以達到稀薄燃燒的目的,在排放廢氣分析上,CO、HC 都有明顯的改善。 在壓縮機和渦輪機性能上,當進氣增壓至 0.5 Bar 時, 排氣洩壓閥開始洩壓,使引擎不會因增壓過度而造成引擎機件的損害。 |
英文摘要 | An investigation of the composition and performance of the Honda Civic K-600 engine is perfomed in this study. experimental results show that the performance of the turbocharged gasoline engine is improved by the installation of the wastegate. It is also seen that the engine torque and power is elevated and the exhaust CO and HC is reduced. In addition, by the means of the turbocharger, the engine is allowed to operate at a higher air-fuel ratio which leads to the advantage of lean-burn. In the performance test of the turbine and compressor, it is shown that the over-boost problem can be avoided by the activating wastegate when the boost pressure exceeds. 0.5 Bars. |
