中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國小學童A 型行為、導師權力類型與學童學校壓力之關係。以高雄縣、市國小六年級1263 位學生為研究對象,採用的調查工具為「國小學童生活問卷」。本研究所獲得的結論如下:一、不同A 型行為的學童所知覺到的學校壓力有顯著差異。二、知覺到不同的導師權力類型的學童所知覺到的學校壓力有顯著差異。三、學童A 型行為、學童知覺的導師權力類型與學校壓力有顯著正相關。四、學童A 型行為與學童知覺的導師權力類型對學校壓力有顯著解釋力。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among students’ Type A behavior , the type of power that they perceived their teacher use and perceived their school stress. To serve the purpose , 1263 sixth grade students from Kaoshung area were surveyed. This study has come up with the following results: 1.There were significant differences of students’Type A behavior on school stress. 2.There were significant differences of the type of power teachers use on school stress. 3.There were significant relationship among students’ Type A behavior , the type of power teachers use , and school stress. 4.Both students’Type A behavior and the type of power teachers use had significant explanation on school stress. Based on the results of this study , the implications in education were discussed. |
