| 英文摘要 | DNA fingerprinting has been generally accepted as a trustable biotechnique by our society. Most people don’t understand how it works. Nonetheles, if college students even science majors in Teacher ’s college don’t understand its principle, then, we have to make it clear in our science education section. This article is trying to explain DNA fingerprinting and its fundamentals to college students for their liberal studies. This article describes the basic principles, including RFLP--Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism、AFLP--Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism、Direct Mitochondria l DNA Sequencing and related techniques for human DNA fingerprinting. |
