中文摘要 | 本研究旨在研發適用於社會科教學之建構式概念教學模式,並探討「建構式概念教學」對我國國小學生社會科概念之教學成效,模式主要以Driver & Oldham(1986)的建構教學模式為綱,融合Joyce & weil( 1992) 等人的概念教學理念而成。 實驗教材為國小六年級上學期「民主與法治」單元,進行約二十節課的教學實驗,採準實驗設計中的所羅門四組設計,隨機抽取四個班,分派二個班為「建構式概念教學組」,二個班為「一般教學組」。四組學生依實驗設計程序,各接受不同的前測、實驗處理以及後測,並進行資料分析。 結果證實建構式概念教學對促進學生社會科學業成就表現、提昇學生概念發展層次以及促進學生改善班級社會關係有顯著的實驗效果,但對社會科態度未見顯著的實驗效果。據此,本研究提出建議以做為改進社會科教學之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to develop a constructive teaching model applied in social studies classes, and to examine the effects on the 6th graders. The research approach is a quasi-experimental design, adapting Solomon four- group design, choosing four classes of the 6th grade for samples. Two are the experimental groups, and the others are controlled groups. The experimental groups are received constructivist teaching and the contrast groups are received traditional teaching. The “Constructive Concepts Teaching Model” in this study was formed by combining Driver and Oldham’s constructive teaching and Joyce & Weil’s concept teaching views. On collection of data, take test before the students being taught and after the students being taught. The main findings of this research are as follows: 1.In learning achievement, the experimental group got higher grades than the controlled group. 2.The students’ concept development of constructivist teaching class are better than the students of conventional teaching class and the differences between them are achieving remarkable in statistics. 3.The experimental group has better social relation than the controlled group. 4.There was no difference between two groups performed on the scale of social studies attitude. Finally, this study has made suggestions for teaching, syllabus design and further study. |
