英文摘要 | The effects of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) training on manager’s problem solving process were investigated by a quasi-experimental design. Twenty-two managers in the control group solved a managerial case before they received 12-hours of CPS training. The other 22 managers in the experimental group solved the case problem after the CPS training. The problem solving processes was examined with a two-space model: the problem comprehension space and the solution space. Results showed that with CPS training the experimental subjects displayed a greater number of inference behaviors in problem comprehension, and also a higher correspondence between the problem comprehension and solution finding effects than control subjects. Thus, a more model-driven type problem solving behavior was observed for CPS as a problem solving program. |
