中文摘要 | 本研究旨在以文突探討的方法,評析學校組織文化研究方法的理論與相關議題。本研究經綜合分析與討論後發現,提出學校組織文化研究方法之可行途逕,如學校組織文化的研究宜根據理論基礎與研究目的,而運用不同的研究方法。組織文化理論提供學校組織文化研究的理論基礎與進一步研究的基本假定;從質化的研究方法發現/引出更多學校組織文化與相關變項之間的問題;學校組織文化的研究宜兼用質化與量化的研究方法;學校組織文化的研究宜兼重組織文化現象與歷程,並以多元層面文化的角度進行研究設計;學校組織文化的價值觀與特性可相互融合成為研究學校組織文化的指標,並導引出更多的研究設計;學校組織文化的研究是多元文化與教育互為融合的研究並導引教育改革的取向。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the methodology in the study of school organizational culture. By applying literature analysis, some point of views are discovered as following: The study method of school organizational culture ought to be based on theory and purpose; Schein’s organizational culture perspective provides the foundation for school organizational culture research as well as the base hypothesis for its forward study; qualitative study can draw out more problems between school organizational culture and its related variables; the research method in school organizational culture should involve both qualitative and quantitative methods; the research on school organizational culture should respect to the phenomenon and progress of organizational culture, and designs the research through the view of multi-culture; the values and characteristics of school organizational culture can be integrated into the norm for school organizational culture research and conduct more research designs; school organizational culture research is a study combined multi-culture with education, and leads the mode of education reform. |
