中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討體育教師有效教學行為,期能提供檢視教學行為的架構,以作為體育教師修正教學行為、提升教學效能的參考。藉由文獻探討以及與五十位中學體育教師的非正式訪談,經分析整理,歸納出有效體育教學行為可概分為五大類,包括周延的規劃與準備、多樣化的教學策略、樂趣化與支持性的教學氣氛、教學環境的管理、對學習者的掌握與瞭解。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper was to explore effective teaching behaviors in physical education and provided a framework to assist physical education teachers in examing and refining their teaching behaviors. Through literature and informal interview with fifty secondary physical education teachers, the effective teaching behaviors could catalogue five sections covering performance domains. These sections included thorough planning and preparation; vary teaching strategies; constructing constructing encourage and supportive learning environment; instruction and classroom management; understanding characteristics of students. |
