中文摘要 | 本研究主要是利用台灣杉之疏伐木作為研究箱用釘釘接強度的材料及用釘數,分 析 8d、10d 之不同規格的箱用釘對台灣杉疏伐木的側向引拔抵抗效能, 並探討台灣杉疏伐 木不同生長部位之影響。試驗結果顯示疏伐木試材接合部位之側向引拔抵抗值隨用釘數增加 而提高, 平均每增加一支釘可提高 100.7%, 而大徑原木試材之釘接效果則較疏伐木材低 11.7%,但每增加一支釘可以提高 112.4% 的釘著能力,改善效果較優。 箱用釘直徑增大可 改善接合部位的側向引拔抵抗,平均 10d 釘的改善效果為 8d 釘的 1.25 倍。 疏伐木釘接 置之初始剛性,以 8d 釘接合時,平均每增加一支釘,其剛性可以提高 39.9%,10d 釘則提 高 64.4%。初始剛性亦隨釘直徑的增大而提高,以 10d 釘接合者平均較 8d 高 25.2%。 |
英文摘要 | The Taiwania lumber from thinning log is used as assembling member to investigate the nailing performance in this study. The influence of diameter of box nails, number of nails used, and position of tree trunk on the lateral resistance of nail joints were analyzed. The results indicated that an averaged 100.7% increment in lateral resistance was found as the nail joints assembled with each additional box nail up to five nails in a row. The values of lateral resistance of nailing substrtes cutted from log with larger diameter is 11.7% lower than those from thinning logs, however, an averaged 112.4% increment per nail was found as the number of nails increased. The lateral resistance of nail joints fabricated with 10d box nails is 1.25 times as those of fabricated with 8d nails due to larger diameter in nail shanks.There are 39.9% and 64.4% increment in initial rigidity of nail joint fabricated with every additional one nail up to five 8d and 10d nails, respectively. Furthermore, the initial rigidity of nail joint fabricated with 10d nails is 25.2% higher than that of 8d nails. |
