中文摘要 | 本研究不同於以往供應鏈管理的研究,以供應商快速回應能力為考量,並使用二階驗證性因素分析來建立一具體的「供應商快速回應能力衡量模型」,以提供零售商衡量交易夥伴快速回應能力及供應鏈管理決策之參考。研究結果可歸納如下:(1)為零售商建立一衡量快速回應能力之二階驗證性因素分析模型。(2)根據所建立之分析模型,可了解各個衡量題目對快速回應能力之因素負載。(3)若將該因素負載視為衡量之權重,則依據各個題目的權重,可將供應商之快速回應能力作一排名與評比。(4)藉由評比結果可了解各個供應商在快速回應能力三個構面分數的高低,及快速回應能力的完整分數。因此,針對落後之供應商,可提出改進建議,以提昇時基競爭力。(5)本文可提供業界或未來研究人員衡量通路合作廠商間,快速回應能力之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The focus of this paper on the ability of quick response that is different from the previous studies about vendor selection. Second-confirmation factor analysis to build up a measurement model for vendor selection is used. The main contributions are: (1) building up a model by the second-order factor analysis to measurement QR ability for their venders: (2) obtaining the factor loadings of QR ability for each measurement subject based on the model; (3) using the factor loading to weight scores and compare the QR ability across their suppliers, also the retailers can understand the scores upon their suppliers separately; (4) providing suggestions to the bad performance suppliers to improve their QR ability and (5) being useful and valuable to vendor selection and measurement for the QR ability of their supplier chain through this model. |
