中文摘要 | 本次研究乃在檢討當24小時連續測量環境音量時,開始時間是否一定要限定需從 深夜零時開始。我國之噪音管制標準內規定夜間時段為下午 10 (或 11) 時起至翌日上午 5 時, 又日本等其他國家之夜間時段規定也都是下午某時起至翌日上午某時,如 0 時開始測 量,與規定不符。 在中油公司高雄煉油總廠外圍之學專路上,選擇三個測點實施 6 天半連 續測量環境噪音。 由其結果計算零時,1 時,2 時..,23 時開始的 L 早,L 日,L 晚,L 夜,L(24 小時 ),Ldn 等值。 由實測結果,在同一地點連續測定時,每天噪音之 L(24hr) 及 Ldn 其變動就在 3 ~ 4 dB 之間;同時,經計閱後,每天之 L 早,L 日,L 晚,L 夜, 及 Ldn 也相差 3 ~ 4 dB 之間。又噪音計本身所容許之誤差量為± 1 dB,如機械之誤差也 加算進去,L 早,L 日,L 晚,L 夜,及 Ldn 等相差 4 ~ 5 dB 是可容許的。 因此,當需 實施 24 小時連續測量時,不必強調非得在某一時段開始不可。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims at evaluating whether the starting time for the 24 hours' continuous measurement of environment noise should always be required from midnight. Taiwan's noise control standard that the night period regulates between 10 (or 11) o'clock in the evening to next morning's 5 o'clock. Japan and some countries also have a similar regulation starting some time in the evening to a certain time the next morning of the night period. It would be violating the regulation if starting to measure the noise from midnight. Our study measures data from Shui-chuan Rd. at the outskirt of the Kaohsiung Refinery of CPC. We have chosen three locations and measured the environment noise continuously for six and half days. Based on the results, the beginning Lm, Ld, Le, Ln, L(24hr) and Ldn of the 0 o'clock, 1 o'clock, 2 o'clock,... and 23 o'clock, when measured continuously at the same location, the variation of L(24hr) and Ldn are between 3~4dB. The allowed error of the noise meter is ± 1dB. When including the allowed error, the differences of Lm, Ld, Le and Ldn are between 4~5dB which can be allowed. Therefore, it is not necessary to emphasize the specific starting time when continuously measure noise for 24 hours. |
