中文摘要 | 新經濟賦予了高等教育關鍵性的地位,因此以創新的教育內涵滿足教育市場及國家發展的競爭力需求,成為現階段兩岸高等教育亟待突破的目標。綜觀歐美高等教育的發展趨勢後發現,在教育資源投入持續不足及加入世界貿易組織後所可能面對的國際競爭與挑戰下,產業化的學校經營型態,將是兩岸高等教育未來發展的主要途徑,教育產業也將成為21世紀兩岸高等教育內涵的新詮釋。本文以新經濟與教育產業為理論基礎,以內容分析法及比較研究法為分析工具,旨在瞭解兩岸高等教育於產業化過程中於政府定位、生產因素、需求條件、大學上游體系、高等教育內外部環境的機會、大學結構與競爭策略等六項指標的表現。最後擬出數位共榮、服務共榮、產業共榮及思潮共榮等四項策略,以促進兩岸和諧關係共赴繁榮。 |
英文摘要 | The new economy era places higher education into a changed and influential position. Successful admission of Taiwan and Mainland China into the World Trade Organization not only intensify, but also change higher education management, operation, and rules of competition in such arena. Education industry will become a main stream of higher education system for Taiwan and Mainland China in the 21th century. Therefore, how to develop friendly relations between Cross-strait and construct the model of cooperation as well as competition will be a critical issue. Considering universities as operating in an education industry, this study incorporates content analysis and comparative research by analyzing, describing, defining, and comparing six performance indices of this industry for Taiwan and Mainland China. These indices include the role of government, production factors at the university level, university upper system, institutional structure and competition strategy, plus opportunity, and demand factors. Though extensive analysis of the data, this study proposes four mutual prosperous strategies (MPS) to promote peaceful relations across the strait: digital MPS, service MPS, industry MPS, and increasing common ideological MPS. |
