中文摘要 | 本研究是在純水中添加碳化矽粉末,並以微小放電能量進行微細槽放電加工特性研究。由實驗結果得知純水中添加碳化矽粉末,會使加工液的導電度提高,放電極間間隙比純水大,加工屑的排出更為順暢,因此可使材料去除率提高,但會使得擴槽量增大及電極消耗增加。又純水中添加碳化矽粉末也具有促進架橋現象產生及放電能量分散作用,因此大大改善加工面的表面粗度及減少毛邊的形成。 |
英文摘要 | SiC powder was mixed in the pure water as working fluid and verified the performance in micro slitting EDM process. Results indicated that the added powder might increase the conductivity of the working fluid, enlarge the gap between electrodes, and accelerate the remove of debris, thus, increased the material removal rate. However, the added powder could also increase both the slit expansion rate and electrode wear rate. The added SiC powder helped in bridging the gap between work pieces and in dispersing the discharging energy, thus, refined the surface roughness and suppressed the burr around edge as well. |
