英文摘要 | Lamina of in vitro-grown Anthurium plantlets were used to study shoot regeneration. Half strength modified MS medium containing one of three cytokinins was applied. BA at 0.1-0.2 mg/L or Kinetin at 0.5 mg/L, caused 70% of the explants to regenerate adventitious shoots while 0.1 mg/L TDZ induced 63% explants to regenerate adventitious shoots. Callus formation was observed on basal medium supplemented with either cytokinin, especially with 0.1-0.5 mg/L TDZ, which induced 98-100% callus formation with larger calli. Regeneration abilities are statistically different among various genotypes. |
