英文摘要 | When irradiated and nonirradiated eggs of Argyroploce schistaceana were separately provided to Trichogramma chilonis reared from the eggs of Corcyra cephalonica, 80.3%-83.2% parasitism with 8.60-9.10 F□ progenies produced per parental female were observed. Furthermore, 1.2-7.2% parasitism with only 0.10-0.35 F□ progenies per female resulted when irradiated and nonirradiated Ostrinia furnacalis eggs were provided. On the other hand, the parasitism on A. schistaceana eggs was 43.3-55.3% with 3.98-5.02 F□ progenies per female by T. ostriniae raised from O. furnacalis eggs. The parasitism of these parasitoids on O. furnacalis eggs was 69.1-75.5%, with the production of 4.76-5.98 F□ progenies per female. When 10 female T. chilonis and 10 female T. ostriniae were placed simultaneously in a container with A. schistaceana eggs, the parasitic rate was 71.3-77.5%, with 79.6-85.5% of the F□ progenies found to be T. chilonis. The relative abundance of each Trichogramma species in the F□ population seemed to be related to the ratios of the products of the parasitic rate multiplied by the number of progenies per female of the respective species. However, 47.9-50.1% parasitism with only 2.9-7.4% of the progenies were T. chilonis when O. furnacalis eggs were exposed to mixed Trichogramma spp. Populations. The data also showed that irradiation of the host eggs did not significantly affect parasitism, the emergent rate, and the number of progenies per female. |
