中文摘要 | 自73/74至82/83共10個年期在本所農場各設置一筆春植Fl60調查田,自甘蔗萌芽整齊至採收前,每兩週一次調查10畦固定與10畦變動調查畦(合計面積208 m□)上赤眼卵蜂寄主卵之發生數,並予攜返實驗室任其內之赤眼卵蜂發育羽化,然後挑出雄蜂製片檢查其蜂種,以探討赤眼卵蜂寄生卵數、具赤眼卵蜂羽化孔之被寄生卵數、羽化蜂數、雄蜂數、及蔗螟與玉米螟赤眼卵蜂(Tricchogramma chilonis與T.ostriniae)在春植蔗田內之發生消長。結果發現8,463粒寄主卵,被赤眼卵蜂寄生2,519粒,2,092粒具赤眼卵蜂羽化孔。其中以條螟(Procera venosatus)之5,022粒卵、被寄生1,904粒及1,580粒具羽化孔最多。在2,092粒具羽化孔之被寄生卵中,1,121粒內之赤眼卵蜂在採到時已羽化,自其餘971粒共羽化1,748隻赤眼卵蜂。被寄生卵數、具赤眼卵蜂羽化孔之被寄生卵數及赤眼卵蜂數,均隨寄主卵之發生而消長;寄主卵係自三月下半月出現並逐漸增多,而於七月中達到最高峰,平均每次每公頃出現7,354粒、2,713粒被寄生與羽化6,348隻赤眼卵蜂,然後逐漸減少,十月以後則甚少再採到。檢查1,740隻成蟲中,有322隻(18.5%)為雄蜂,其中67.4%為T.chilonis,主要出現於五月上半月至八月下半月間;其餘32.6%為T.ostriniae,在四月上半月至九月上半月間均有出現。再將不育性黃螟與玉米螟卵誘獲之雄性赤眼卵蜂數與本調查所獲者合併以增加樣品數後,進一步探討兩種赤眼卵蜂在春植蔗田內發生消長情形。 |
英文摘要 | Biweekly surveys were made in 1984/85 to 1993/94 F160 spring cane at the Experimental Farm of Taiwan Sugar Research Institute. In each survey, the host eggs collected in 208 m□ area were taken to the laboratory and the emergence of Trichogramma from parasitized host eggs was recorded. A total of 8,453 host eggs were collected in 203 surveys in the 10 crop years, and 2,519 of them were found parasitized. Proceras venosatus eggs were most abundant in the spring cane, and 5,022 eggs, including 1,904 parasitized and 1,580 parasitized eggs having Trichogramma emergence holes, were collected during the surveys. Of the parasitized eggs having emergence holes, 1,121 had Trichogramma already emerged at the time of collection, and 1,748 Trichogramma adults emerged from the remaining 971 parasitized host eggs after collection. The seasonal occurrence of parasitized eggs, parasitized eggs with Trichogramma emergence holes, and the number of Trichogramma emerged correlated with the number of host eggs, which started to appear in March and increased their numbers to reach the highest peak of 7,354 host eggs/ha/survey and 6,348 Trichogramma emerged/ha/survey in July. These numbers then reduced thereafter and were rarely found after October. Among the 316 male Trichogramma adults examined, 67.4% were found to be T. chilonis occurring mainly from May to August, and the remaining 32.6% were T. ostriniae occurring from the first half of April to the first half of September. Discussion on the seasonal occurrence of T. chilonis and T. ostriniae in spring cane is also presented by pooling the data of Trichogramma males trapped with sterilized Argyroploce and Ostrinia eggs with those obtained in this survey. |
