中文摘要 | 本研究透過質性研究的方式,針對兩個家庭中的父母以及資優生本人進行深入訪談與觀察,探討雙親在資優生生涯發展中所扮演的角色,父母對其子女生涯發展的看法與作法,以及雙親詮釋家庭的意義。 兩位研究主體雙親所扮演的角色中,父親較常扮演引導與提供建議訊息、輔導等角色,母親則常扮演日常照顧、活動安排與實際訓練者,其中角色也隨著孩子年齡的角色,母親則常扮演日常照顧、活動安排與實際訓練者,其中角色也隨著孩子年齡的增長而改變。雙親對其生涯發展抱持彈性的看法,也十分關心他的發展。在詮釋家庭的意義上,父母強調早斯親子互動與良好環境及氣氛的重要性,父母教育知識的充實也會有幫助。 根據以上的結果後發現,決定權、獨立與依賴、時代較變中的角色轉型等問題,給研究者諸多啟示,另外,也提出一些研究上的建議供讀者參考。 |
英文摘要 | This essay was on the role which parents of gifted played in the career development of their children, what they saw and did with career development, and how they interpreted the definition of family. The study, which was obtained by8 qualitative research, was based on in-depth observation and interview of two gifted and their parents. As to the roles of parents, father was usually a guide and a provider of advice and information; her mother took care of her daily life, arranged her activities and gave her proper training. The role which parents of gifted played in their children s career development would change with the growth of gifted. The parents held flexible view of his/her career development and care about them. They tried their best to provide support, advice, information and counseling to assist his/her career development. On the interpretation of family, the parents emphasized on the importance of early interaction and amicable family environment and atmosphere. Thus, this dissertation would be discussed according to research outcome, and be introspected by the researcher on the view of future development of children, such as the right of choice, independence or dependence, change about the parents' roles. According to the above findings, there were personal inspiring conclusions, and some suggestions proposed for reader s reference. |
