中文摘要 | 為求流程型單元之所有工作總時間最短,本研究提出一以瓶頸為基礎之群組排程程序(BGSP)。截至目前為止,以瓶頸為基礎之群組排程仍甚少被提及。本研究利用一模擬模式與實驗環境,對BGSP進行評估。其中,包括整備相對於加工時間之比率、工件族數量與瓶頸相對於非瓶頸之負荷比率等三項實驗因子。研究中挑選過去研究中表現較佳之群組排程與BGSP進行比較。BGSP不僅在所有工作總時間表最佳,同時亦是績效表現最穩定之群組排程。本研究結果證實,透過有效之瓶頸管理將可提升群組排程於單元製造系統之績效。 |
英文摘要 | To minimize the makespan of flow line cells, this study presents a bottleneck-based group scheduling procedure (BGSP). Until now, bottleneck-based group scheduling heuristics has seldom been mentioned. Also designed herein are a simulation model and the experimental environment. Experimental factors such as setup-to-run time ratio, number of part families, and bottleneck-to-nonbottleneck load ratio, are examined as well. Moreover, two single-stage and five two-stage group scheduling rules discussed in previous literature are compared. The BGSP possesses the best average makespan and more robust than available procedures. Results in this study demonstrate the practical nature of bottleneck management on group scheduling in cellular manufacturing systems. |
