中文摘要 | 金屬粉末射出成形 (MIM) 是一種生產小型複雜元件的近淨型且具高價值之成形技術。素料對於MIM成品品質具關鍵性影響,不當的素料流變形為將導致射出成形階段胚體的變形和內部空孔的產生。本研究主要探討以甲基纖維素為黏結劑並與微細金屬粉末(SUS304L)依不同比例混合製成素料的流變特性,再利用自製之毛細管流變儀,配合SHIMADZU材料拉伸試驗機,進行素料在較高剪切率範圍時負載變化之量測,並建立素料黏度值與剪切率的關係。結果顯示,當剪切率高達103 l/s峙,三種不同配方的素料仍具有擬塑性流變特性,且金屬粉末含量增加時,其黏度也隨之增加。 |
英文摘要 | Metal injection molding (MIM) is a cost effective, near net-shape forming process of small intricate and precise parts. Feedstock preparation for MIM is a crucial step since unsuitable rheological behavior of the feedstock will cause molding defects such as distortion or voids that will lead to non-uniform shrinkage. In the present work, the rheology of feedstock composed of metal powder (SUS304L) with different volume ratio of methy1cellulose based binder has studied to establish a suitable mixing condition. After each mixing experiment, the feedstock viscosity was measured by a self-designed capillary rheometer. All the components were assembled and fitted into an SHIMADZU material testing machine. Results show that the feedstocks possess pseudo-plastic rheological behavior up to a shear rate of 103 l/s, increasing the powder loading leads to a increase in the viscosity. |
