中文摘要 | 在知識爆炸的資訊時代,變動已成為常態,學習與應用很難再分開,對原有教學模式、教育制度、教師與學生對教學之認知與態度都產生全面的影響。教育部提出的中小學資訊教育總藍圖的整體願景是「資訊隨手得,主動學習樂;合作創新意,知識伴終生」。 為達成該願景,教育部將持續推動資訊科技融入教學,並加強培訓中小學教師資訊應用教學素養、充實教學軟體及教材資源、建置資訊種子學校,以作為日後全面推動的模式。資訊種子學校行動團隊將能自主的提出核心成員在學校中推動資訊科技融入教學及學校組織文化中之願景與策略,在專家學者之輔導培訓下,執行以學校為推動單位發展資訊融入教學特色計劃,進而能帶頭輔導其他學推行資訊融入教學。 伯恩(James MacGregor Burns)在他的普立茲(Pulitzer Prize)獎得獎著作《領導》一書中創造出「轉型」(transforming)、「轉型領導」(transformational leadership)等概念。在轉型過程中,教師參與網路科技應用可以藉「關注等級」(Stages of Concern, SoC)來檢驗同仁與自己的狀態,並善用組織學習與轉型領導概念,實踐資訊教育總藍圖的願景。 |
英文摘要 | In information age, we learn by doing for too many things to work with. It has prevalent effects on current pedagogy, education systems, also on the attitude and the perception of teaching and learning. The Ministry of Education has proposed the vision and the blue print of information education to the junior high and elementary schools. It is helping students to get information at hands and willing to learn joyfully. It is to collaborate and create. It is also to query knowledge all life long. In this way all students will learn how information technology can change our life. They will also learn how to take advantage of in formation technology can change our life. They will also learn how to take advantage of information technology and create new information and knowledge. To help them developing independent learning capability together with possible collaboration over the web. Therefore the students may grow worldwide open mind. The Ministry of Education raises many projects to access that vision. One of them is to set a number of Information Seed Schools. The core staffs of these Seed schools are to propose their own vision and strategy to adopt information technology at their own schools. With the help of academy and experts, they can develop school-based curriculum and work on school transform projects to adopt IT. Eventually they can become new model and help other school to walk through the same process. James MacGreogor Burns propose the idea transformational leadership. Teachers can use Stage of Concern, SoC, to check and reflect the atmospheres in such a school transformation or schooling innovation, and help each other to raise organizational learning capability. Furthermore, teachers can practice transformational leadership at schools so as to actualize their vision. |
