中文摘要 | 由過去文獻可知當臟腑產生病變時,會在體表產生反射點,而藉由量測穴位皮膚電阻抗,可推測各臟腑的活動和其疾病的存在,此即為良導絡測定。然而傳統之良導絡測定儀僅能量取一個穴位的良導絡值且無法連續監測其變化,而進行良導絡量測時,需全程由操作人員手持測定導子量測待測穴位。此外測定導子容易使量測結果造成誤差,可信度令人質疑。由於傳統良導絡經絡測定儀有上述幾項缺點,因此本研究的目的在於研發新型之良導絡量測系統,以改善這些缺點。在硬體設計方面,以電極貼片代替銅製測定導子,固定施測壓力及測定導子之濕潤度,並利用微處理器使新系統可以同時量測三點穴位之良導絡值。在軟體設計方面,以Visual Basic 6.0設計操作介面,並增加自動量測及連續量測功能。新系統研發完成後,則進行新舊系統比較與系統測試,以確定新系統之穩定性,最後再與相關文獻做比較。研究結果發現,新系統較舊系統穩定,不易受人為因素影響量測結果,且功能較多。 |
英文摘要 | From literature review of "Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns", measurement of skin resistances on acu-points could reflect the condition of viscera. However, traditional Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System can not monitor the Ryodoraku value continuously, and just measure one point at one time. Besides, testing probe must be held by an operating staff in the whole measurement course, and it would cause an inaccurate result. In order to improve the feature of traditional Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System, the purpose of this study was to develop a new Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System. In hardware design, adhesive electrodes were used to stabilize the pressure and moisture of the testing probe, and an AT89C51 microprocessor was used in the system to measure three points at the same time. In software design, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 was used to design the operating system which was able to do auto-measuring and continuous-measuring. For evaluating the stability of the new system, measurements of healthy subjects were taken. The results showed that the new Ryodoraku Neurometric Patterns System has more functions, and more stable than traditional one. |
