中文摘要 | 本研究乃一系列研究中的第二個研究,採訪談方式,蒐集四位語言治療師及兩位特教教師對無口語兒童溝通教學時,其溝通互動歷程中使用溝通策略的情形,並建構第一個研究所發現展的「溝通歷程模式圖」。研究者事先寄一卷錄影帶供受訪者參考,其參考對象為嚴重語言發展遲緩之無口語兒童,之後再逐一就訪談大綱訪問六位受訪者。本研究採質化研究進行分析歸類,研究結果依下列八項予以說明:一、注意與觀察孩童的溝通需求;二、猜測的方法與猜不出時的技巧運用;三、猜對的比率與猜對的憑據;四、溝通策略的使用;五、溝通策略的習得;六、對建構「溝通策略歷程模式圖」的看法;七、溝通訓練中家長參與的重要性、八、專業團隊對溝通訓練的需求度。本研究指出語言治療師面對無口語兒童所使用的溝通策略與特教教師所使用的,可以互為幫補,研究結果並可供語言治療或特教專業訓練參酌與精進之用。 |
英文摘要 | This study is the second study of a series of study. At first, the researcher mailed one videotape of children with nonverbal abilities to four speech-language pathologists (SLP) and two special education teachers (SET). Then, according to the protocol, the researcher interviewed the above persons on communication strategies of the communication interaction process that they used for teaching nonverbal children. The interview data was analyzed qualitatively. Results of this study contain the following eight items: (1) attending to and observe children’s communication needs, (2) guessing method, (3) the ratio and proof requirement for “guessing right”, (4) application of the communication strategies, (5) the acquisition of communication strategies, (6) perspectives on the construction of the “communication strategy process model figure”, (7) the importance of parents’ participation in the communication trainings, and (8) the level of the needs for the professional team. The research results showed that the communication strategy the SLP use could be a complementary to the SET. |
