中文摘要 | 茶樹嫩枝的韌皮部由薄膜細胞、篩管細胞及伴胞構成。伴胞及薄膜細胞均有較密緻的細胞質及平整的細胞壁。分化中篩管細胞近中央處有核,核之兩端不遠處有韌蛋白複合體,再遠的區域內有液包及胞囊以及粒線體及核醣體等。韌蛋白複合體經種種過渡期的形態,最後分化為100A的纖維。後者的分布密集於成熟篩版及篩孔處,離篩板愈遠則愈疏,此密疏方向就相連的篩管而言,頗為一致,可能為養分流動的方向(由密至疏)。篩孔似由篩板上特定的小孔分化而成,嵌醣的積聚限於小孔的周圍;成熟篩板上嵌醣則鑲於篩孔的邊緣。如此,嵌醣不僅未阻塞養分的輸送可能還有強固篩孔的作用。酸性磷?(BGPase)的分布主要位於薄膜細胞及分化中篩管細胞的細胞膜上,可能與其將積聚的養分送入篩管有關。 |
英文摘要 | The young phloem of the tea bush (Thea assamica) has been studied at ultrastructural level. It is composed of the paraenchyma cells, the companion cells and the sieve tubes. At maturaion, the cytoplasm is quite dense and consists of mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, etc. in the two components compared with that in sieve types. In differentiating sieve tube cells, there are nucleus, p-protein bodies, vacuoles and vesicles, mitochondria and ribosomes and other organelles; each moiety occupies a profile in a programmed but not random order. The lumen of the matured sieve tubes is usually filled with a network of the fibrillar p-protein which is derived from the p-protein bodies via several yet known steps. Each pore is obviously developed form one small, well designed pore by removing the primary wall and the callose pairs around. Either the callose perhaps nor the fibrillar p-protein has been found to occlude completely the pores between two matured sieve tubes. Thus, translocate could be passing through pores with ease. The acid phosphatase appeared on the plasmalemma of both parenchyma cells and the differentiating sieve tubes is believed to help, by any means, the loading of translocate into the sieve tubes. |
