中文摘要 | 本文旨在探析學校課程領導者的任務與角色。文中首先論述課程領導對落實當前課程改革的重要性。其後本文討論學校課程領導者的可能陣容,包括:校長為關鍵的推動者,及校長之外的改革第二促進者。按著作者說明學校課程領導者面對外在課程政策的心態與差別的回應方式,及其在課程技能和人際關係技能兩方面所應具備的基本素養。然後本文分別論述學校課程領導者的八項主要任務:評估情境,成立及運作任務小組,訂定課程願景及目標,發展課程架構及設計課程方案,解釋與準備實施課程方案,實施課程方案,檢視進度與問題、評鑑與修正,及維持與制度化,以及說明課程領導者的八項角色:理念的追尋及實踐者、系統的建置及營運者、知能的建構及散佈者、成員的領航及合作者、創意的推動及支持者、資源的整合及經管者、人際的溝通及協調者、和成效的回饋及監督者。最後,作者強調學校的課程領導者需要進行藝術而權變的民主式課程領導。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper was to explore the tasks and roles of school curriculum leaders. It started with arguments on the importance of school curriculum leadership. Then, the possible array of school curriculum leaders was discussed. Attitudes and strategies may be employed by school curriculum leaders to cope with outside curricular initiatives as well as basic competencies they should possess were provided. Next section suggested the tasks and roles of school curriculum leaders. Finally, this article emphasized that school curriculum leaders should practice their democratic yet artistically and contingency leadership. |
