中文摘要 | 基層軍官不僅是國防組織中的重要資產,更是部隊基層的磐石。自從政府解嚴後, 政經蓬勃發展,社會發展趨向多元化的結果,導致基層軍官在役期屆滿後選擇軍事生涯為終生 事業的意願降低,因此有效的「留才」措施乃是迫切之要務。本研究以國軍各軍種的正規班學 員為研究對象,進行個人屬性、工作滿足、工作價值觀、領導型態、工作特性與離職傾向各構 面間相互關聯的研究,期能找出降低離職意願的有效途徑。 |
英文摘要 | Basic-level Officers are not only the important asset but also an important foundation in the Defense Organization. Since government lifted the martial law, the political and economical environment progress tremendously, and the society move toward multidevelopment, which lead to the decrease willingness of Basic-level Officers staying in the military after finishing their tenure. Therefore, how to attain these officers is the big challenge in the military. The research sample is selected from Basic-level Officers who are accepted high-level military training course. The study tries to explore the relationship between different personal attributes, job satisfaction, work-value, leadership style, job characteristics and turnover propensity, so that the ways of increasing willingness of staying in the military could be found. |
