中文摘要 | 本研究主要是藉由芬頓試劑(亞鐵離子及過氧化氫)在脫水試驗中所產生的氫氧自由基氧化污泥中之有機物質,為一種高級氧化反應,並利用反應中二價鐵氧化後衍生出的三價鐵增加污泥的沈降性。結果顯示反應起pH(pHi)對芬頓調理污泥系統並無明顯的影響,在pHi=2.5~6.5之間時均有90%以上的比阻抗降低率,且在含水率方面,由原始未調理污泥的84%減少至71%,約可減量為原體積的一半(45%),此結果即說明使用芬頓試劑調理活性污泥可不受pHi的限制並達到污泥減量的目的。此外,在含油污泥調理方面,發現在3%油泥中,單獨使用芬頓試劑在濃度為□/□=9000/3000 mg/L時,可將比阻抗由206×□m/kg降為3.5×□m/kg,比阻抗降低率也可達86%,在含水率的分析方面,當3%油泥經芬頓試劑濃度為□/□=3000/3000 mg/L調理並過濾後,含水率會由77%被降低為55%,表示污泥與油泥體積在經過芬頓試劑調理後均可減少約一半的體績量(49%) |
英文摘要 | In this study, the specific resistance, moisture and element analysis were used to evaluate the increase in filtration and dewatering efficiency when applying Fenton system, □/□ and □/□ to treat the excess sludge. Addition of □, □ and □ only were also selected as the treatment processes for comparison. Results show that there is no significant influence of initial pH ranged from 2.5 to 6.5 on the sludge dewatering. The reduction of specific resistance force (SRF) for oil-free sludge is about 90%, and the moisture of oil-free sludge can reduce 10%. That means the reduced volume of the sludge treated by Fenton’s reagent can be almost 45%. When adding 3% of oil presented, the SRF can be reduced from 2.6×□m/kg to 3.5×□m/kg with □/□□=9000/3000 mg/l; the reduction efficiency is 86%. In terms of moisture, the reduction ratio the also 10%, indicating the reduced volume by Fenton’s reagent is about 49%. |
