中文摘要 | 本實驗目的在於探討短期蛋白質缺乏情形下,對於老鼠肝中α-生育醇轉移蛋白之影響。首先將老鼠分為兩組,分別餵予正常蛋白質飼料與缺蛋白質飼料,飼養期八天。蛋白質缺乏的生長顯著受阻,體重、器官重量與血漿白蛋白濃度皆顯著低於正常蛋白組。蛋白質缺乏組有較低的血漿三酸甘油酯和α-生育醇含量,然而肝中三酸甘油酯以蛋白質缺乏組為高,α-生育醇含量於兩組間並無顯著差異。蛋白質缺乏組的肝臟α-生育醇轉移蛋白之含量則顯著較低,約降為正常組的39%。實驗結果證明短期蛋白質缺乏會顯著降低肝臟α-生育醇轉移蛋白的含量,可能是造成血漿維生素E含量下降的原因之一。 |
英文摘要 | To study how the content of α-tocopherol transfer protein is a affected by dietary protein in short period, weanling rats were fed a protein-free diet or a normal protein diet (N) for 8 d.The protein-free group (PF) showed signs of protein malnutrition such as lower body weight and lower plasma albumin concentration. The PF group showed significantly lower α-tocopherol and triglyceride concentrations in plasma but showed significantly higher triglyceride levels in liver. The α-tocopherol transfer protein levels in the liver of the PF group were significantly reduced to only 39 % those of the N group. Thus, acute protein depletion appears to reduce the α-tocopherol transfer protein content in the liver; it could play a role in lower α-tocopherol levels in plasma of protein-free group. |
