中文摘要 | 本研究以五位參加中原大學溜冰社舉辦之溜冰環島活動之青年為實驗對象。平均年齡20.4:t3歲,身高168.4土4.02公分,體重56.8:t3.06'經過四週的循環重量訓練(每週二、四、六)及公路溜冰訓練(每週一、三、五)後,進行為期十天,總里程1013.98公里的溜冰環島運動。在訓練前、訓練後(出發前)、活動結束後,及活動結束後10天,分別實施最大攝氧量、最大心跳率及衰竭時間的測量,其目的在探討受試者四階段心肺功能的變化。所得資料以重複量數單因子變異數分析進行比較及分析獲得以下結目間﹒ 1.最大攝氧量:最大攝氧量隨著四遇訓練及環島活動的實施有增加的趨勢。溜冰環島結束十天後最大攝氧量顯著的高於訓練前及溜冰環島結束後(P<.01)。 2.最大心跳率:最大心跳率隨著四週訓練及環島活動的實施有減少的趨勢。溜冰環島結束後最大心跳率明顯的比訓練前減少(P<.05),也明顯的比溜冰環島結束十天後減少(P<.01)。 3.衰竭時間: 衰竭時間隨著四週訓練及環島活動的實施有增加的趨勢。溜冰環島 結束十天後的衰竭時間明顯的比訓練前增加(P<.05)。 |
英文摘要 | Five subjects were used in the study who were participants ofthe around-the-island roller skating activity hosted by the Chung Yuan Christian University skating club. Theirages are 20.4:t3 years old, heights 168.4土4.02 cm, and weights 56.8:t3.06 kg. They participated in four weeks of weight circuit training (every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and road skating training (every Monday, W ednesday, Friday). After the training period, they completed the 10 day around-the-island road skating activity for a total of 1013.98 krn in length. They were measured for the maximum oxygen uptake, maximum heart rate, and the time tö exhaustion before the training session, after the training session (prior to road activity), after the road activity, and 10 days after they finished the road activity. The objective was to investigatethe cardio-pulmonary responses over the four periods. The measured datawere statistically analyzed and compared using repeated measures one way ANOV A, reaching the following conclusions: 1.Moxygenuptake: There was an increasing trend in max. oxygen uptake over the four week training period and the around-the-island activity. The max. oxygen uptake at the end of the road activity was significantly higher than that at the beginning of the training session (P<.01). 2. Max. heart rate: The max. heart rate decreased over the entire training and road activity period. The max. heart rate at the end of the road activity was significantly lower than that at the beginning ofthe training session (P<.05). Itwas also lower than the max. heart rate measured at the 10th day after the end ofthe road activity (P<.OI). 3. Time to exhaustion: Time-to exhaustion increased as the training and road activity continued. The time-to-exhaustion increased significantly 10 days after the end of the road activity, compared to the period prior to the training session (P<.05). |
