中文摘要 | 護理人員在面對複雜多變的臨床情境時,適當的使用同理心有助於護病關係的建立與維持。然而,同理心是個複雜、抽象的概念,其定義及用法多所紛歧,故本文依照Walker和Avant (1995)所提的方法,對「同理心」做概念分析。首先廣泛了解「同理心」的用法;第二、界定定義性特徵;第三、舉出典範案例、邊緣案例、相反案例和相關案例來說明此概念;第四、探討概念的前因與後果;第五、列舉實證性參考資料,說明「同理心」的測量工具。期藉由概念分析的結果,能有助於護理人員對同理心的了解,並能具體應用在護理實務及研究上。 |
英文摘要 | The ability of nurses to empathize with patients has been seen as an im por tant and desirable attribute in developing and maintaining the nurse-patient relationship in complicated clinical situations. However, the concept of em pa thy is abstract, as well as complex, and has been conceptualized in a variety of ways. This article will apply methodology outlined by Walker and Avant (1995) to analyze the concept of empathy. The concept analysis aims to: (1)identify uses of the concept, (2)determine defining attributes, (3)construct model, borderline, contrary, and related cases, (4)identify an te ced ents and consequences, and (5)outline empirical referents. The researcher hopes this concept analysis will assist nurses to clarify the characteristics of the concept and will have usefulness in nursing practice and research. |
