英文摘要 | Librarians often encounter a lot of difficulties in dealing with deviant behavior of patrons. By classifying and examining the problems that trouble patrons and the causes of the problems, this paper attempts to propose to librarians some principles and strategies in handling more appropriately conflicts in order to avoid offense from happening between librarians and patrons. |
