中文摘要 | 本研究主要是以個案研究的方式來探討國小教師在發展學校本位課程之歷程中所持有之態度、互動情形與所遭遇到的問題。資料的收集主要是透過訪談法、觀察法和文件分析等方式來進行。研究重點主要是從學校願景的建立、相關組織的成立、教師對於推行學校本位課程所持的態度、推動學校本位課程所遭遇到的問題來探討。最後依據研究結果,從學校、教師、師資培育機構、學生家長與上級主管單位等五方面提供若干建議以供教育工作者與未來後續研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this case study was to explore the school-based curriculum development of the elementary of school, in order to find that the attidute of the teachers, the interaction of the teachers, and the questions that teachers may have. The study can be collected by interview, observation and document analysis. The findings of the study was discussed, according to the establishment of school vision and relative organizations and attitute and questions about school-based curriculum development that teachers have. Finally, according to the conclusions, this study makes some suggestions to the schools, the teachers, the institutes of teacher training /development, the parents of the students and the higher authorities, and the following studies in the future. |
