中文摘要 | 本研究之目的是為了解我國台灣地區國民中學實施「學校本位課程」之整體情況,研究方法是以普查方式蒐集86位校長與558位教務主任對學校本位課程實施現況的看法,其結果將作為推行教改之參考。本研究發現: (一)有16.87% 的填答人勾選所服務學校曾經實施或正在實施學校本位課程; (二)尚未實施的原因:缺乏資源 (50.31%)、缺乏經費 (45.98%)、缺乏人力 (42.57%) ; (三)方案的主要類別:鄉土教學 (21.27%)、英語教學 (7.69%)、輔導活動 (7.24%)、資訊教育 (6.33%)、九年一貫課程試辦 (6.33%); (四)實施緣起:校長或主任的構想、 (68.81%)、教師的構想 (41.28%)。本研究就課程自主、教學創新、協同教學、家長參與等方面加以討論,並且在教育分權化、以知識為基礎的工具主義、青少年特質、升學之影響等方面依研究啟示做成建議。最後,本研究認為當邁入「電子化學習」的新紀元時,「學生需求」尤應納入學校本位課程的考量。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of "School-based Curriculum"(SBC) in junior high schools in Taiwan. A national survey, using 86 principals and 558 directors from junior high schools throughout Taiwan (including Kinmen and Matsu), was conducted to provide the government with information that helps make educational reform more successful. The results indicated that: (1) 16.87% of the respondents claim that SBC programs have been adopted in their schools; (2) schools without SBC programs usually lack in resources (50.31%), fund (45.98%), personnel (42.57%), etc.; (3) the most frequently incorporated SBC programs into curriculum are Vernacular Culture (21.27%), English (7.69%),Counseling (7.24%),Computer Education (6.33%), and Pilot Programs for the "Nine Year Curriculum Project" (6.33%); (4) program originators are mainly principals (68.81 %) and schoolteachers (41.28%). In the discussion, the spirit of SBC is referred to Curriculum Autonomy, Innovation of Instruction, Collaborative Teaching, and Parents' Participation. The study makes implications on De-centralization in Education, Knowledge-based Instrumentalism, Juvenile Personality, and Instruction under Joint Entrance Examination, from which suggestions are made. That is, Juvenile Needs should be taken into account in the development of SBC, especially when we step in the era of E-learning. |
