中文摘要 | 近年來,由於公司面對高度複雜性和異質性的環境,使得公司所獲取的競爭優勢皆僅為短期性,甚至帶來公司的許多危機。伴隨著競爭時代的來臨,使得市場環境難以預測與掌握,企業為求生存,除了善用組織本身的資源和能力外,向外部尋求支援亦成為重要的課題。許多公司分期望透過組織間關係之建立以獲致成功(Prabakar & Wilson, 2002)。準此,組織間關係之課題已日趨受到重視及廣泛之探討。 本研究主要探討組織間緊密聯結的程度,且以「關係涉入程度」的觀念來衡量;此外,本文並針對關係涉入程度之前置因素、關係涉入對績效之影響、組織間關係特徵對涉入程度與關係績效之調節效果等問題,提屸一完整的模型架構。 |
英文摘要 | For the recent years, the high heterogeneity and the complex of the environment many companies face have resulted only very short-term competitive advantages, and even created many crises to the companies. Along with the era of competition, viewing that the market environment gets harder to forecast and hold, to survive, the companies seeking outside support becomes a crucial issue. Besides using most their inside resource and capacity, many companies expect to succeed by establishing interorganizational relationship (Prabakar & Wilson, 2002). Therefore, the interorganizational relationship issue has gradually been attended to and widely discussed. The study investigates the close link between firms through the concept of relationship involvement, and proposes a complete framework to examines the antecedent and relationship performance of relationship involvement. Besides, relationship characteristics are expected to have contextual effects in the relationship involvement and relationship performance. |
