中文摘要 | 本文主要目的在研究引擎振動信號的時-頻分析,因為傳統的頻譜分析經過快速傅立葉轉換後便失去時間的訊息,且在不穩定情況時較難找出頻譜特徵。為了要了解引擎在常見之故障如火星塞的積碳、間隙變小與磨損、噴油嘴積碳卡住、皮帶鬆動、火星塞高壓線鬆動造成單缸失火(misfire)等現象時引擎振動的變化,本文採用短時傅立葉轉換之時-頻分析。經實驗結果分析可確實得到引擎故障現象的振動時-頻特徵,此特徵可應用於引擎故障的檢測與診斷上。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to investigate the time-frequency analysis of engine vibration. It is difficult to find frequency signatures in the non-stationary condition by using the Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT). In order to understand engine vibration caused by malfunctions such as improper spark-plug gap, deposit, spark-plug wear, injector failure, unfit belt tension, loosening of spark-plug cable, misfire, this study employs time-frequency analysis which is based on Short Time Fourier Transform. Vibration signatures of engine malfunctions can be obtained by time-frequency analysis from experiment data. The results are useful for fault detection and diagnosis on engine. |
