中文摘要 | 在自動化生產環境中,物料搬運系統的好壞將影響整個系統的產能,因此具有途程彈性之無人搬運車能夠從眾多物料搬運設備中脫穎而出,廣為產業界所使用。近幾年來無人搬運車的相關研究領域不外乎搬運系統架構的發展、車輛數之決定、派車法則之比較、乃至於物料裝卸站位置的配置,都關係著物料搬運之暢通性。1989年由Bozer and Srinivasan[4]提出區域式無人搬運車系統能夠避免車輛碰撞及簡化交通控制,但隨之而來的負載途程問題(跨迴圈搬運),若未能適當規劃,可能因某些負載在轉運過程中為行走最短途程,集中在特定轉運站上,而形成物料搬運的瓶頸,為避免此種情況的發生,本文將藉最關鍵路徑法則,尋找替代路徑,雖然此路徑較原最短路徑長,但是行走此路徑可省下不少在暫存區內等待搬運的時間;此外,為提昇迴圈內的負載流通量,將增加無人搬運車的載量。最後分別建構符合上述條件的模擬模式,來驗證應用最關鍵路徑所規劃的負載途程及多載量無人搬運車的表現。 |
英文摘要 | The performance of the material handling system would influence the production capacity in the automated production environment. Therefore the automated guided vehicle system with routing flexibility could be outstanding. In the recent years, the researches about the automated guided vehicle system include configuration development, determining fleet size, comparison of vehicle assignment, and pick up/drop off location. A tandem AGV system was first proposed by Bozer and Srinivasan(1989), all the advantages of tandem AGVS include: Less complicated vehicle dispatching, reducing congestion and conflict. However, several problems would be encountered, like load routing problem. When the load takes the shortest path during the transition of load, it will happen that some loading concentrate on specific transition station, cause to bottleneck of material handling. Consequently, this paper will seek another path by the most vital link make the load with choosing route flexibility. Then the tandem AGV system with double load capacity and dynamic routing plane are simulated, and the result of the simulation is analyzed in this paper. |
