中文摘要 | 本文是以區域式無人搬運車系統(Tandem Automated Guided Vehicle Systems) 的物料轉運中心為基本系統架構。當加工件在不同的區域中先後進行加工時,須藉著物料轉 運中心進行搬運與轉運,因此,各區域內轉運站的設置位置將直接影響系統的運作效率。在 雙流向的無人搬運車假設之下,本研究先針對區域內最佳轉運站設置點做一模式建構,並推 導模式以縮減最佳設置點的範圍,再依此提出決定最佳設置點的方法。最後,以雙向運行之 無人搬運車系統例子進行方法驗証及確認。 |
英文摘要 | The model developed in this paper is based on the concept of material transportation center for tandem Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems which allow bi-directional movements within each traffic zone. The main purpose of this paper is to derive an appropriate model to reduce the associated solution space. In addition, based on the reduced solution space, a simplified solution procedure is proposed to quickly find the optimal transfer location for each independent zone. A numerical example is demonstrated by using the proposed solution procedure and an exhaustive searching approach is also used to verify the model. |
