英文摘要 | This article briefly describes the regulatory mechanisms and the sources of information of sense of efficacy, the type and function of teachers' sense of efficacy, and its goal-setting processes. Then, several strategies to enhancing teachers' sense of efficacy are recommended, which include positive personal experience and student' sachievement performace, increasing professional skills and subject knowledge, encouraging the belief of incremental theory of intelligence, modifying the definition of classroom success, building collaborative school culture, increasing participation and decision making, reducing the negative effects of externally imposed change, redirecting supervisory practices, and participating teacher groups and sharing experience. |
