中文摘要 | 教育部自民國八十七學年推動「發展小班教學精神」計畫,其意旨在於發揮「多元化、個別化、適性化」的教學精神。此理念有別於過去以知識傳遞為主的傳統教育,轉而正視學生存有個別差異之事實,希望透過小班教學精神的發揮,教師無論在課程設計、教法選擇以及評量方法的連用上,均能滿足學生的個別學習需求,協助學生適性發展,以發揮學生多元智慧與潛能。 筆者於八十八、八十九學年度,擔任台北市小班教學訪視委員。在本文中,筆者根據訪視記錄與各校自評結果,歸納敘述各校在課程、教學、評量、學習成果等方面的現況與問題。同時於文末,根據訪視結果分析,提出六項建議,作為各校落實小班教學精神的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Since 1998, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan has advocated one kind of school reform called "the spirit of teaching in small classes." "The spirit of teaching in small classes" points out that it is essential for teachers to take into account individual differences among students. It is believed that students come to school with varied potential. The purpose of the education is to cultivate individuality and to help students fully develop their potential. The author had the opportunity to evaluate how elementary schools in Taipei implemented 「 the spirit of teaching in small classes 」 in the years of 1999 and 2000. In this paper, the author reports what have been observed in terms of curriculum design, teaching methods, assessment, learning outcomes, etc. At the end of the paper, the author also provides with six suggestions for schools who are interested in implementing 「 the spirit of teaching in small classes. 」 |
