| 中文摘要 | 為了能設計出較高效率之風機,其結構體之靜態特性分析(static characteristic)即應力分析動態特性分析(dynamic characteristic)及模態分析含振動分析有其必要性。然而三維葉片模式之建立非常複雜,因此,本計畫應用相關的套裝軟體(I-DEAS和ABAQUS)來完成此目標。本文利用有限元素方法執行相關之靜力分析和模態分析工作,探討其振動特性,本文首先利用I-DEAS套裝軟體先建立欲分析之風機葉片和軸體之模型,在轉出至ABAQUS套裝軟體,進行後續之分析工作,其中分析所用之元素為S4R。由靜態分析之結果可得知結構體在受離心力之作用下之應力分佈,以作為結構體強度設計之準則。在動態分析之結果可得知結構體之模態和各模態在不同轉速下之共振頻率,之後可利用求出之結果繪製成Campbell圖,以作為額定轉速之設計準則。 |
| 英文摘要 | It is necessary to analyze the static stress characteristic and the dynamic characteristics including mode and vibration analysis of the structure to design high-proficiency fan. Then, to build the three dimensional hub and blades of a fan is very complex. Thus, this goal is accomplished by using package software, I-DEAS and ABAQUS. In this paper, finite element method is used to research the static stress, mode shape and vibration characteristic including natural frequencies of the structure. The hub and blades of a fan model were found with software I-DEAS in the first place. After the, it was transferred to software ABAQUS to proceed continuing analysis. The element type S4R is used in it. The stress distribution on the strength design of a structure. The mode shapes and the natural frequencies under different rotational speed can be obtained after performing the dynamic analysis. Campbell diagram can be plotted through the results and it can be the designing rule of rational speed. |
